Competitive Level - J2, J1, & OJ $750*** This level will focus on endurance and technique refinement - emphasis will be on a higher level of racing. Will meet six days a week. Includes: *Pre-season dryland training *Summer and winter camp support *Individual goal setting, training log monitoring *Video Analysis *Eight hours of supervised training a week *Access to club roller skis (by appointment) *Season pass to three local Nordic Centers *Club T-Shirt |
